It was a tough day out for our SHSB Women's 2nd Grade, who were bested by Kingborough.
First up, we made 57/5 from 20 overs. Georgia Campbell played a good hand of 24 off 60 balls. Esther Connell returned three for 9 for Kingborough.
In reply, the hosts passed our total, finishing on 58/3 in 6.3 overs. Lillian Harris bowled nicely to finish with two for 18.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon. Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
