On the road, our SHSB Men's 3rd Grade lost out to New Town on a day to learn from.
First up, we made 74/9 from 20 overs. Michael Flanagan led the way with 21 off 34 balls.
New Town reached the target at 77/9 in 19.2 overs. Braden Tuohey was not out on 35 for the hosts. With the ball, Oliver Brancher did the damage, claiming two for 7 off 1.2 overs. Blake Johannesen chipped in with two for 10.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again.
Credit to our opponents, and well played.
