Playing at home, our SHSB Men's 3rd Grade were beaten by Glenorchy on a tough day.
Glenorchy set us 151 to win, finishing on 150/5 from 20 overs. Kanwar singh posted 91 not out for our opponents, a fine fifty. Harry Jones was the pick of the bowlers, taking two for 37 off four overs.
In reply, we finished on 128/6 from 20 overs. Leading the way was Reece Norris with 43 off 28 balls. Luke Grubb added a useful 23 off 43 balls.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon.
Well played to the visitors.
