Our SHSB Men's 3rd Grade put away University of Tasmania by eight wickets at Queenborough Sportsground - Oval #1 on Saturday.
University of Tasmania batted first and put 85 on the board from 33 overs. Ed Freeman bowled cleverly to finish with three for 23.
In reply, the side reached the target at 89/2 in 17.3 overs. Michael Flanagan was the pick of our batters with 35 off 33 balls.
The work with the ball set up the win. It's our first win of the season, and a well-deserved one.
Onwards and upwards.
