In Cricket Tasmania Premier League, our SHSB Women's 2nd Grade went down to Lindisfarne by 87 runs at Lindisfarne Oval 1.
First up, Lindisfarne made 176/2 from 20 overs. Keira Banks posted 67 not out for our opponents, a polished fifty. Loren Johnston posted 66 for the hosts, a stylish fifty.
Our chase ended at 89/7 from 20 overs. Leading the way was Lillian Harris with 18 off 37 balls. Claire Weeding claimed four for 11 for our opponents.
Credit to the hosts, who played well. That's ten losses in a row, but the girls will keep working hard.
On to the next one.
