It was one to learn from for our SHSB Men's 3rd Grade, who fell short against Clarence.
Our innings: 226/10. Clarence's: 229/6. Owen Brasher brought up a fine half-century, finishing with 55 off 110 balls. Louie Williams posted a half-century, making 51 off 104 balls with nine fours. The visitors' best with the ball was Max Tew (three for 20).
Lachlan Johannesen grabbed three for 86. Our opponents' best was a half-century from Nick Clark, who made 57 not out.
There were some polished individual efforts to build on.
Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
