It was one to learn from for our SHSB Men's 2nd Grade, who were bettered by Glenorchy on a frustrating day.
Batting first, we posted 84/9 from 20 overs. Michael Flanagan made a valuable 22 off 31 balls. Naveen Panwar was the main threat for Glenorchy, taking three for 12.
The hosts reached the target at 88/2 in 16 overs. The best of our opponents' batters was Simon Palmer with 44. George Seward was the pick of our bowlers with two for 7.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
The results haven't gone our way lately, but the side will keep at it. Chins up, everyone.
