It was a day to forget for our SHSB Men's 1st Grade, who lost out to University of Tasmania at Queenborough Sportsground - Oval #1.
Batting first, the team were all out for 160 in 47.3 overs. Leading the way was Dravid Rao with 27 off 40 balls. Solid support came from Harry Thomson, who made 22.
In reply, University of Tasmania passed our total, finishing on 163/2 in 27.5 overs. Ruwantha Kellapotha made a classy 70 not out for the visitors, a well-deserved half-century. Our opponents also got 39 from Bradley Hope.
It's been a tough run, and we'll be working hard to turn it around. Well played to the visitors.
